What are the basic dance movement in Hip-hop dancing?

5. After raising your elbow to your shoulder and ear level, slam down your arms;be sure to lock after every movements. Then in your head, count the beats "Up, up, down" and do this twice and switch to the other side to continue with the same upper movement of the body using opposite knee.
